Today i was sent by my lawyer a letter they received from IRCC that is asking for i94 US travel history. So how to download that? Can i send CBSA records as well ( I received through ATIPs)? And do they just need i94 or a explanation letter as well?

Does your lawyer have any clue why they would have asked for i94? Do you have several travels to the US ?

And do we mail them or email? The letter has some other options but only “others” checked for me with a website link??? And this letter says mail but as i said there are some other items as well??

I quickly tried the "get most recent" in my case and it worked well and included the travels I made with my previous passports as well as the canadian one.
If your record isn't found, provide that information to your lawyer with a proof (a screenshot should do) and he will tell you what to do next. He's more qualified than the people here after all.
