Urgent help need for birth certificate and employment letter

Hi,

I have two questions need to be clarified before submitting my application for the CEC


1) I am from India and don't have the birth certificate. so, planning to submit the Birth certificate from Indian consular ( BLSI) plus preparing the affidavit from Notary for the School certificate( S.S.L.C). since I am staying in Canada, need to prepare a Affidavit from Notary Canada or get it done by India.


2 Working on closed work permit, My designation in the work permit is different from what I am working.
if I get a Experience letter from my Client like what I am working. is it contradicts?

please clarify , if anyone have same situation.

Hi Swarna,

Birth certificate issued by India Consular is of no use, You need to have 10th/ Secondary(SSLC) certificate.

Your Employment reference letter(and NOT experience letter) should refer the roles & responsibilities of the designation which is stamped in your WP.

Any document from Indian consular doesn't hold good , Use your 10th Passing Certificate + A Affidavit preferably from India + Explanation in cover letter why you can not provide Actual Birth certificate.

Giving an example if your work permit says "Software and System Evaluators" for an example and your designation is Test Engineer/Test lead / Test Analyst that make sense but if you are developer and doing Testing work then its an contradiction and would create trouble.

Please be more specific so that we can give views.
