Urgent help my visa is refused

Hy guys this my visa refused on 16:10:2018
reason
• Given your language ability in specific bands, and considering your proposed course of study, level of establishment and ties to your home country, I am not satisfied you would be a bona fide student and a temporary resident.

My ielts scores are overall :6
And each 6,6,5.5,5.5
My percentage 59
Course choosed hospitality management

My question is
1: now when I have to apply again
2: How my visa approved in next time what thing I have to correct pls tell me
3: which is good thing for me
First is that , I will do ielts again and get good band then I have to apply again or second is that now I will do graduation then I will apply I am confuse pls help .

Your IELTS scores are too low and you don't have strong ties to your home country, you have not shown how this course makes sense in light of your career/job prospects and future. Visa offices does not believe you will have any reason to come back home after studies.

You need to score a minimum of 6 in each band. You plan to study hospitality. What is your last qualification. Also, are you working because the officer has indicated about level of establishment. Ties to your home is SOP issue. You could not convince the officer what is plan after completing the program and returning to your home country.
