Please help me regarding Reference letter

Format for Reference Letter

I am working in the same company from the past 6.5 yrs. I had two job titles as "Assistant Manager-Production" for 2.5 yrs and as a "Manager-Production" for 4 yrs. My Job duties are almost same only the Job titles have changed. Please check my reference letter format and let me know whether I need to make any changes. Thank you

This is to certify that Mr.XXX is working with our Company YYY since dd/mm/2008 as a “Assistant Manager-Production” from dd/mm/2010 to dd/mm/2012 and as a “Manager-Production” from dd/mm/2012 to till date on a full time basis of 40 hours per week.
