good day............. im married this october canadian.. we process now sponsorship spouse visa, im asking About my passport if i need to change my husband lastname because i have old passport which is single lastname, how about form family information if i can put there sons of my husband section B step children...

Didn't understand your question...could you explain what is not clear for you.
As far as I understand you don't need to take your husband's last name if you got married in Canada. Your old passport I understand is your passport from hometown (you are not canadian?). I wouldn't change passports until maybe later if you wish.

You dont need to change your lastname to married. unless you want it
