Urgent help, LMO Advice

Hey, im looking for a little advice on an LMO. Ive been offered an Lmo with a company, but ive also applied for an IEC which is due to come in JAN/FEB, i was just wondering what restrictions there are with regard to the lmo? if i take it am i obliged to stay with that company? or once my iec work permit comes in can i move to a different job? Im basically looking for the disadvantages of the lmo and if i would be better of to wait for my work permit so as i can do as i wish?
urgent help please as i need to let the company know if i want to accept the lmo. Thanks

LMO's lead to closed work permit which means you are tied to that company for the duration.
If you want to leave you need to find a company to sponsor you again which is somewhat limiting as companies have to go through quite a bit of effort.
If I were you I'd go with iec

I second that, take the IEC if possible, you are free to work for who you want. LMO-based work permit ties you to a specific employer
