MY UNCLE LIVES IN CANADA.. IN ORDER TO PROVE THE RELATIONSHIP WITH MY PARENT IS IT MUST TO SUBMIT BIRTH CERTIFICATE OR I CAN SUBMIT THEIR COPIES OF PASSPORT...
PLEASE LET ME KNOW ASAP AS I HAVE ALL OTHER DOCUMENTS READY TO SUBMIT...

My uncle also lives in Canada. Our Immigration consultant said I had to submit HIS birth cert together with my mothers Birth Cert which proves he is the brother of my mother which in turn makes him an uncle. The Passport doens't prove he is related to you only he has the same surname.

Wehn I had to prove my realtionship to my brother, I also didnt have the birth certificates. so we attached marriage certificates, his old Indian passport which had my parents name and my passport copy. so if the birtch certifcate is not there, then just attach whatever you have, write to them that you do not have birth certifcate and it should be ok
