confused about elementary /secondary/university

i wrote primary 8 secondary 4 university 5 is it ok

education details should i need to start from matriculation,......they say all secondary and post secondary.....means 10+1 onwards only.....took medical in 10+1 and 10+2 so should i write medical in the field of study

I am not sure if this would help.
But this is what i wrote : primary - 5 ,secondary -7 and university -4,
and then in education details - i started with 5yrs of secondary, that is starting 5th - 10th
then 11th-12
and then university - 4

If you have done post-graduation(PG or UG) ,no need to get evaluated for your secondary/school certificates .
As per WES Evaluation(google it and select WES credential evalation,click required documets from left-side menu) - India(select from drop-down list)

You can see,
SECONDARY EDUCATION
If you have completed one or more years of post-secondary study, you do not need to submit any secondary school documents with your application.
