Urgent help! I have been requested a divorce certificate but I have never divorced.

Hello friends,

I am really desperate. I received a request for a divorce certificate but I have not been married previous to my current marriage (she is also part of the application). I do have a son from a woman that a never married and who is actually now married for the second time in the USA. I raised a web to explain this and ask for directions but they told me that that is not what this have on their record.

I uploaded a document from my municipality stating that i had never been married previous to my current marriage, and the mother of my son gave me a picture of her application to marry for the second time, which I also uploaded.

What else can I do? Do you guys think that would be enough? It is really crazy, people do have children without been married, I have been waiting for 9 months now, I would be devastated if this leads to my rejection.

I think you have provided the explanation and the documents you could already. Unless there is more information/documents you have, it appears to be a wait game.

Thanks. I understand, I just cannot understand how is it possible for them to have in my file that I was married when I wasn't.

Order GCMS notes. Have you ever submitted an app to IRCC before this PR app?
