Salam Hot-leir , m quoting your name because i hav seen too many post from your side so i need your help and yes if someone else can sort my problem thn plz do reply

my sister sponsored my parents back in decemebr 2008 , after processing the file within canada they sent it to CIC islamabad office on june 1 , on june 15 thy asked my parents to submit police certificate and wait for medical .. they also mentioned ( files will be processed on first come first serve bases ) as u may know minister kinney expedite the immigration process on nov 5 2011 , we were not expecting tht they will ask for police certificates within 15 days after process date starts in pakistan but maybe this is because of changed policy . .but i am confused after reading several different cases regarding parents immigration , comparing their initial file submit date with mine ..
Tell me
1. Normally how long does they take for further process after they as for police certificates ( we submitted requested documents on july 16 ) i saw tht thy had this seal which shows 9th july date on the letter tht they sent requesting to give police certificates and other info ..

2. my E-CAS status , ppl r saying tht my status changed from bla bla bla to bla bla bla .. i have this no B xxxx xxxx x n i believe this is immigration file no / application number , further thy ask applicant surname DOB etc .. i m putting correct info but whenever i am checking it i got this message

what does this mean ?

TCS office confirmed tht some saran guy recieved it .. they should have changed the status even if they didnt begin processing it .. THEY SHOULD or NOT ?

Kindly help me out because i so wana go to canada and start my MBA .. i m the only dependent and my parents are doing this immigration thing just bx of me .. they dont require it .. do u think i should go for student visa and forget about immigration cx i cant wait for another 2 years ..

You can't check your application status using this file number.check with the one your sister got in approval letter.In coming months you could but not now,because no one else can right now.

it could take 2-4 years at isl.

for sure your dox have been received by isb but you cant see the update on ecas.

Actually I believe chc isl hasn't linked that new file number to our applications yet.Once they will start working on it then we would be able to.Lot of other people are saying the same thing that they can't access through this new file number.

I guess you souldupdate your case at trackitt so you can compare to other pakistani case.

You submitted the dox pretty fast,did you submit all of them or just the few which you didn't provide rearlier?

Actually when our case was in canada thy asked fr further info on January 12 2012 , in that letter they told us tht v shd start working on police certificates , my dad is a retired official frm pakistan air force so his office did this police work for him , n i believe tht it was the only time taking process .. so we already had it plus they asked for other info related to dad's work , airforce had it all lol .. other documents were educational certificates n old passports tht they didnt ask to submit previously ..and because v already had everything with us so it didnt take that long

hey do u think this whole process after police certificates will take 5 to 6 months under new polices ? cox my brother in law told me that when he applied for his parents Canadian immigration , after file was sent to islamabad office , it took like 6 months till everything was DONE!!

Yes I guess within 6 months we should have medical request.
Some people think that being in forces will delay the case due to security checks.do you think so?I don't think so it should be the reason.Best of luck.

If the applicant was in the force you can expect a delay. Most likely an interview with Security Service

my parents already got their supervisa without any kind of interview , dad got some bp problem bt they also neglected it cx he had it frm day one he joined forces .. so there is no such thing like rejection cx of bp prob or being in forces ..

but hey i went through trackitt.com and i compared my case with people who filed it back in 2005-06 their duration btw AOR n Med call were 3 years after med another 1 year n so ... im totally comfused , and those are still waiting for med filed in 2007 .. mine was filed on 30 december , i got AOR this month .. i was happy tht this is the last step bt i dont think so it is ...

and hey lucky786 u told me to use my sister UCI not application number and it worked .. it says decision made what does that mean ?

it means , when they will start process 2 in pakistan .. that Bxx code will be used with sponsored bio data ?
