I have been stuck for weeks on the Personal Activities section on the Online Express Entry application and I now only have 11 days to submit my form before the ITA expires. I have already wrote to CIC with a technical issue and requested asssitance and the suggestions except for one point did not go beyond what is discussed in this forum. I would love to ask you for help, specifically those that have had issues and resolved them.
I filled out my entire history for the last ten years with no gaps and am still getting the error. I have listed all my activities for the last ten years and am received the following error:
Error Description: Personal activities:
You must provide at least 10 continuous years of history from the date of client's 18th birthday.
Thank you.
I have already tried the following to solve the issue:
1. Entered dates without overlap.
2. Entered dates with monthly overlap: i.e. 02/2010 - 05/2010 followed by 05/2010 to 07/2010 instead of 02/2010-05/2010 followed by 05/2010 - 07/2010.
3. Cleared browser cache
4. Used both newest version google chrome and Firefox
5. Erased everything and re-entered list. (Twice)
6. Put everything in chronological order.
7. Doublechecked multiple times if there are gaps.
None of which solved the issue.
Perhaps there is inconsistency with the form from the previous stage of my application, and I don't know how to go back to check as I have no record, that is the one thing that I havent tried, as I have no access to the previous form, the mail from IRCC said sometimes the forms don't validate because there is inconsistency from the Come to Canada tool, however the last stage of my application is through (Profile) and this is the ITA so and the email didn't say that profile has to match ITA, so I am unsure whether from the profile stage to the ICA the entries have to be same.
Do you have any other ideas? I would love to hear what you come up with, as I sincerely want to avoid having to fill out another Express Entry profile, and then potentially being in the same situation.
