Urgent Help - Document Submission Error

Hello Everyone,

I am trying to submit few requested documents through Express Entry profile and facing below Error.
I have also raised CSE with the Error message and sent an email to CPC-Ottawa but NO response yet.
Could you guys please let me know what are my options. Last date given by CIC to submit these documents 20 November, 2015 which is tomorrow and hence the urgency.

Possible Reasons
1) We are currently updating the website
2) We are experiencing technical difficulties

This may sound silly but on several occasions forum members have resolved cic technical issues by trying different browsers or by deleting cache and cookies. I have seen cic online service maintenance usually on weekends so this website maintenance may not take long. Meanwhile try the above, try logging out and then login after some time. Keep taking a lot of screenshots so you can include these in CSE just in case you miss out on deadline.

Also, try again after sometime after clearing browser cache. Possible system update going on.

I have tried using different browsers but the same Error message.
I will try to submit after some time & hopefully it works.

Wow! Why would you wait for last day to submit the documents. Always keep a safety net to accomodate such pit falls. Try using a different machine, signout compeletey and again sign in. Clear browser cache and history. Needless to say, ensure your internet is fast.

It seems like an error from cic end but like you said, try again later.

Thanks StAnger, Actually these are additional documents requested by CIC and I was pnly given 10 days to submit those.
So, it actually took time to gather these documents.

I have been trying and just waiting to call CIC call center to see if they can help in anyway.
