Urgent help.... BOWP validity!

Hi guys
I was in Canada when i got the BOWP valid until 2018 March, while PR application was in progress

I came to India on Sep 1st because of my mom's health issue

Few weeks back my PR application got rejected

my question
Is my BOWP still valid? can i apply for VISA from india and come to canada for selling my car, gather rest of my stuff back

Another thing my BOWP has old passport number.
If I apply for TRV with this BOWP
would it be approved?

You are in very different situations. Did you get approved for BOWP before your husband’s death. Was the start date of your BOWP before your husband’s death. This is very important because if your husband had passed before the BOWPwas granted it would have been granted based on a misrepresentation and could be cancelled. If the BOWP was granted before your husband passed you should start working so you qualify for PR based on your own work history/skills and/or job offer. Do you already have work history in Canada? What is your work and education history? You may already qualify for certain PR programs depending on the answer.

No just volunteer. Don’t reply to every post. Looked back on your previous posts and saw that you were replying to anyone who was a widow but most were in very different situations than yourself so you shouldn’t be comparing to your case. Have been replying to many posts since I had some time yesterday and today after taking a long break.

second thing is how are you managing your time for work and for reply each and every post . I think so you are retired or unemployed
