URGENT Help - Asivad Anac and seniors - Baby born case

Dear Asivad and seniors,

Thank you so much for your time in reading and replying my situation.

My timeline in my signature and based on latest GCMS notes, no one touched my application yet, IRCC reviewed it for completeness and they confirmed in GCMS notes that no documents is missing but " No officer started to process it yet " .

Now, I'm expecting my new baby born within 40 days, my inquiry is :
1) What is the procedure to add my born baby ( Before PPR OR after PPR ) ?
2) What is the time frame for this procedure ?

Again thanks for anyone who can help me with his/her advice.

That is what i did.

I added my new baby before PPR.
