Urgent Help - Application Rejected

Hello Seniors,

I have recreated my EE profile as my previous application was rejected because of such stupid reason. My EE score is 466 right now. Is there any chance to receive ITA ?

And does it make any difference as my application was rejected before.?? I am so worried, please help. I opened a case enquiry as case officer didn't ask me to provide any additional document related to my marriage and he just rejected application saying that I haven't provided it while in fact I provided certified notarised copy.

Please provide your input on this.

You can also ask for the province that nominated you to re-link the nomination with your new profile so you can get your 600 points as well. Although it does not seems to be necessary as last draw was below you current score.

I would say that the fact that your application was rejected before helps you, in the sense that they will 'try' not to reject you again, unless you drop the ball again. I have never seen someone being rejected for missing documents twice, but it is a possibility. So, double check all your documents and good luck

I feel like they want to increase their work load,
why reject ppl who are missing doc while they are quality.
those qualify ppl will re-apply again and again, and VO have to re-do it again.
TOTALLY WASTING TIME.....
mine last application was rejected due to missing docs.
and current application is still on the go. ..
I totally understand what your going thru..

@kk1988: Thanks buddy.. I know its quite frustrating as I submitted marriage certificate already. Case office could have ask me to resubmit the one which in my native language rather than just reject. I was so disappointed, yesterday was my bad day... I wish you best of luck for application.

@andremarques19751: Thank you ... Yeah it was shocking for me as well. The only thing was or I can say my mistake was I haven't submitted original marriage certificate which is in my native language. As I never used it, neither when I came to Canada nor when I applied for my spouse. Moreover OINP approved my application with that marriage certificate and awarded me 600 points, So I dont see a point why they rejected my application...

I hope I will get ITA soon as my WP is going to expire in June, 2017

When you get your next ITA, just do not forget to explain the reason why you got rejected (that you forgot to add original of your marriage certificate).

Right now they are issuing lot of ITA. As a result they they have plenty application. No wonder they can do rejections for any little thing.
And no, they will not ask you for documents that you have to provide. Only if they want documents that are not originaly required, they will ask for those.

No need to worry, you got rejected for missing a document not for a major reason that would make you inadmissible to Canada.

Recreate your EE profile mate..... Now its much faster than before. With ur score , you will get your ITA in two weeks time.

I see a fighter in you.. Get back to the pool as fast as you can..!!!

Not really, you need to have all the required documents, it's as simple as that. Why should they waste their time putting an incomplete application on hold?
