from this notes, I only understant that I need to provid my husband's work permit, and my baby's birth certificate.

But for my employment letter, what should I do, my supervisor forget to sign the date on the letter. Today, I ask a new letter from her, indicated the employment from the XXJan 2013 until today, is that fine?

I really do not know what should I do for my employment letter.

Yes, that's a big error, to have no date on your letter of employment.

It sounds like you are still at the same job, this is good. If you can get a new letter with all the same information (including job duties), with a date at the top, and send that with your baby's birth certificate, that will help. I don't see where you need to send your hubby's work permit- if he has a new one, go ahead.

In your email, it shows office is Ottawa. so you send scan copies to this email CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca quoted with your application details.
