I got an ITA in the last draw , cut off score was 75 points . when I created express entry profile , I mentioned 1 year foreign work experience and 2 years canadian work experience , which gave me 454 points

Now I am having hardtime getting reference letters for foreign work experience but I have reference letters for 2years canadian work experience
I recalculated my points without foreign work experience ,now it gave me 416 points which is well above the cut off score .

is it ok to delete foreign work experience now ?

it doesn't matter. You can write in LOE that you were not able to obtain the reference letters. They will discount the points for work experience, and you will still made the cut off.

Is it ok for LOE? Please suggest me as well

Changes Made in EE Profile post-ITA:
  • Foreign Work Experience: I moved all my foreign work experience from work history to personal history as I had difficulties collecting reference letters from that Employer and the client for which I worked for. Having done so, my points have dropped from 451 CRS to 401 CRS which is above the lowest-ranked score (75 points) for the draw i.e. on 13th Feb 2021 and I am also meeting the Minimum entry criteria requirements for express entry under Canadian Experience Class (CEC).
  • Proof of Funds: As mentioned on the CIC website https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=1145&top=29, I am not required to provide proof of funds since I am invited under the Canadian Experience Class.
It seems ok to me.

You dont need to move the experience to personal history. They will just discount the points and move on. Just make sure there are no gaps and contradictions between dates.

You will need to upload a doc (with the same text, date, and signature) for the Proof of funds. The system will ask you a pdf or similar. Having a one page doc with that text is enough.

Can we delete work history and not have that in personal history section after ITA? I made mistake while making EE profile, added work history that I don't want mention in application.

yeah you will have the chance to review your profile before submitting. However, bear in mind officer will have both versions, and if there is something sneaky they will notice it. The review its only to fix mistakes, not to have second thoughts on information you provided initially.

Thanks for the review.
In Personal History- we need to maintain a 10years background so I added
Proof Funds- After ITA, I put a fund to "0" which is automatically disables the section for it.

How to explain employment that was contract base, not full time employment for company? So, example, from 2015 to 2018 I would do some work for company, when they need me. I can't get any of reference letter for this period. Another thing, this is international experience and I don't claim any points but still I am worried if VO checks it won't be employment of 3 years which I stated in EE. My only intention was to have those 3 years covered and not having multiple entries between doing work for this company and not working.

They only check work experience you claim for points. If you do not provide documentation for that experience they discount the points. If you still have enough points for your ita cut of, they will continue to process your application. If you dont, they will decline your application.

In the personal history you dont have much room to explain what is it, and they dont care much either. Just that there are no gaps. You must be doing "something'. Some write unemployed, others studying, etc.

In personal history you dont need to provide any documentation. For example, if you write down in personal history you were studying for a bachelor, but you dont claim point, IRCC will not ask you for the diploma. Same for work experience.
