Pre-Assessed..
I received the appl. Package back to correct the visa office. They mentioned that if I want to re-submit the file, I should attach their letter and the appendices to the resent appl.

I did what they mentioned and I resent back with the letters.

The question is: what is the benefit of attaching that letter? Will it fast my file?
Regards

No Answer?

It wont effect you application speed etc, it may facilitate to IO that you haven't repeated same mistake and every thing is fine now. My guess only !

I have read somewhere that it does expedite.

We have many forum members who have sent the second time may be you can open a new thread and ask them if it expedited their application

The benefit of attaching the letter is 2 folds:
1. It links your initial application. -ease of routing/re-routing/recognition by the CIC.
2. Yes, it speeds-up the process. -As the case is treated from the previous date of applying, not as new.

Yes i too believe it speeds up the process, as application is considered pre-assessed. just a guess.....:)
