URGENT: Filled but Forgot to Sign IMM 5620 (Payment Fee Form)

Dear Senior Members and Experts,

I just realized that I filed the form IMM 5620 completely but as it was in the middle of all the documents as per check list sequence, I somehow forgot to sign it and mailed yesterday.

Could you please suggest me, what should I do.

As its a new application, I do not have any CIC reference number which I can refer to send another mail with covering letter.

Please advise, its urgent.

was it your DD or CC? because DD does not require any signatures and CC does. and if you have forgotten then it is likely that it will be returned. and As far as i remember FEE form was supposed to be at top.. i dont remember the sequence exactly but i reckon that.

I have asked the courier service to hold the shipment and return it back to me however they are currently trying to unload it from the container.

It was moved from Abu Dhabi to Dubai, and currently its in container. They said they will try to recover it.

Hoping to have it back otherwise I need your urgent advise if incase it does not come back to me.

In the check list, it was somewhere in the middle.
I filled the form with MASTER CARD OPTION with all my card details.
neither selected DD nor CC.

Form 5620 containing CC details and missing signatures would have definitely been returned. You did the right thing by requesting a halt of your shipment. The courier company better return it. Your package not coming back to you is out of question.

Its not a certified Cheque. The form is filled with Master Card Information. However the courier has successfully recovered it from Dubai and they will return it in the afternoon.

if you have contacted the courier service and they agree to return it to you, then it's great, no need to worry. Correct it and send it again asap.

Finally, went to the courier service office. Signed the document after opening the parcel and resubmitted it for shipment.

i have the same problem but i sent the application with a certificate cheque not a credit cared the only thing wich i will write is my name and 550 CAD

URGENT ,

I FORGET TO SEND THE FORM 5620, NOW WHAT TO DO MY FILE IS AT CANADA SINCE 19/08/2014.CAN I SENT THIS NOW , WHAT SHOULD I HAVE TO DO. I APPLIED FOR NOC CODE 1113 WITH MY WIFE AND ONE YEAR OLD SON .DO I REQUIRE TO SHARE THIS INFOMATION AS THEY DIDNT CHECK MY FILE .................

Hello paras,

Sorry to hear about your situation. I think you should have immediately asked the courier service to return your package before it was delivered. Sending all the relevant forms is mandatory. So unfortunately now you cannot do much but to wait for your package to return.
