Urgent Few Queries befor sending Full Application to CHC SINGAPORE

Friends,

Please advise me on these:

1. On Application form Point 19. Your Identity card number, if applicable
I am INDIAN National living and working in SINGAPORE. I put N/A while sening application to Sydney NS, I got SINGAPORE PR so should I put SINGAPORE PN Number here or leave it as N/A

2. Background Declaration Form Point 12: Membership or association with organizations
on the general instructions it says don't put not applicable rather write "I have never been a member of an organization or assocoation"
on form it says write NONE if you have not been a member of any association/organization

What should be written?

i thinh u hav to write a cover letter saying that wen u became SPR n other details.....it's jus my suggestion....

So you wrote "I have never been a member of an organization or assocoation" with Pen on the printout because there is no space to type this much.

Yes I will write the same in a cover letter, but should i use my SINGAPORE PR Number in "Identity card number" or just leave it as N/A

v typed NONE under name of organization and under activities "I have never been a member of an organization or association" ....

abt IC No,m not really sure how to go abt...i dun think v can make any amendments directly on the forms which have been submitted previously to NS,Canada...if u really want to clarify,may be u can send an email to them.....
