Hi,
i am currently filling out a tourist visa application for my 70 year old uncle to visit canada for my cousin's wedding (his nephew) and on the family information form IMM 5645. It asks for parent info. Due to his age and the fact his parents are deceased and no one in the family knows their date of births can i leave them blank?? My family is from India and my grandparents generation is not know for record keeping, i don't even believe they ever had passports either.
I am not sure what to do, so really need some advice.
Cheers!!!
