URGENT - EXPLAINATION LETTER

Please help me, anybody have explain letter for reason don't have letter of reference from company in pass because they move office from country or close company?

I'm prepare sending next week but I check form my friend that need more clear about job so with some jobs before we need LOR if don't have we need a explaination letter. So I need suggest for next week apply
