Urgent: Everything for Student Visa says Approve, but status says invalid?

I believe those people attempted travel/booked tickets and were turned away by the airline or the border control. Anyways, it is not safe to book tickets with invalid counterfoil. Webform IRCC ASAP and ask what is the problem and for them to fix it/or what should you do in order to fix it. Mine shows that it is valid and same does for my husband (he received an exception to travel for family reunification)

I did send a webform to IRCC, it's going to take time.

Could you share me the email where you can get an authorization letter if you're eligible to travel?

Student doesn’t need this form, only the defendants need it. However, since your counterfoil is inactive you can shoot a query to authorization to travel email: IRCC.COVID-TravelExemptions-Exemptionsdevoyage-COVID.IRCC@cic.gc.ca

I didn’t email them myself (there wasn’t a need) but I did see that they have a lot of people requesting authorization. I would imagine maybe a week or a little more.
And share your experience here, it would be of a great value to others looking for this info

I have a work visa approved, but i didnt realize that it comes with an eta. 2 months ago i got a new eta and only today i realized that now it says my document (the eta nr which i got automatically with the visa) is invalid. does anyone know what to do? i will be flying in 2 days and not sure if my eta just needs to be updated to the newest one or if it makes my work permit invalid now?
