I really could use some help from the more experienced members of the Forum and anyone TFW who has gone through the process.
I have one simple (at least, apparently so) question:
I´m a TFW from a visa-exempt country - Portugal. Sadly, it´s one of the very few Western European nations where a medical exam is required if one plans to remain in Canada for more than six months. The reason: high incidence of TB.
If I get an upfront medical exam performed by a panel physician who works with emedical platform and everything is OK can I apply for a WP at he POE and provide the upfront medical form/results as proof that I´m medically admissible?
In other words, does the emedical make it possible to obtain the WP at the POE when a medical exam is required instead of having to file for the WP at the designated Canadian embassy (in my case, Paris)??
I sure hope so.... ???
PLEASE, PLEASE ... could someone provide a simple, authorative reply?? It is an extremely important question
Would deeply appreciate some precious feedback. Can´t find any information on the internet. Thx to all.
