My mother's super visa was approved August 2023 and her medical is valid till July 2024. However, my father's application is still in process. We have been waiting for our father's visa to be approved before we can have both of them here. However, I have been hearing things that my mother has to be here before her medical expires which does not make sense to me. I have been writing posts after posts, consulting lawyers, I even had my brothers go to VFS office in Nepal to find the answer and I have got various/contradictory answers.
Can you please help me with this as we have only couple months to decide and we are unsure if my father will get the visa in the next couple months either?
I also looked at entry requirements in CIC website but it does not mention anything about medical. Does my mother has to come to Canada before her medical expires?
