Urgent. Distance Learning PCC

I added one of my educational degrees in Personal history only because I don't need any points for it. However, this was a distance learning and I visited the country 3-4 times in total. All my visits were less than 2 months.

What should be the country for this education? When I add the University Country, systems asks for PCC.

Or should I put the home country and explain this in LOE?

I left it as it and posted my transcripts and a letter of explanation. My transcripts had my home country on it but my degree had the Foreign university. I also attached a letter of explanation informing them it was a distance learning program. If you don’t have the transcripts showing the local school then attach whatever documentation you have showing it’s distance learning and a letter of explanation.
