URGENT - Discussion - Whose applications are under process - New NOC

Hi All,

This thread is for the people whose applications are under process either at CIO or CHC...

What if this new NOC comes in effect ??? Will our applications be affected / processing delayed ??? Total 11 occupations are removed where in many of us have alreday applied ???

Please put your thoughts...

thats really a bad news..........now what ????????? senoirs need you views for those who have already submtted their applications.

Another point is there is CAP of 20,000 FSW each year..means what will happen to pending applicaitons..

These Instructions apply to applications received by the designated Citizenship and Immigration Canada offices on or after the Canada Gazette publication date.

All Federal Skilled Worker applications received by the Centralized Intake Office in Sydney, Nova Scotia, on a date prior to the Canada Gazette publication date shall continue to be considered for processing having regard to the first set of Ministerial Instructions.

But this might effect the time period for the old applicants. Last time it happened in 2008 when ministerial instructions first time incorporated

hey there is no news releases like this in the main website! its better not to assume anything based on these links until it is officially announced! coz i too got worked up earlier... but now relying on the main website for the correct info! so keep the head high!!

I dunt think so it will applicable to applicant who already have approval or submitted docs to chc like us....only those application reach after 26 june will be facing tough time..
