Do we need to stamp, name and date of birth for the express entry digital photo for PR or just front side of the picture? Please advise

You need to get a stamp. Write name, dob on back of the photograph(see what the email is asking for). Not sure what you mean by front side of the picture because front side is where you have your face. The back of the photo should be stamped.
