Urgent decission made without 2nd AOR

Hi Riz1,

You are facing the same situation with my friend who earned 73 points but then after so many months of waiting for the ecas to change status, she was surprised to received a mail from the canadian embassy stating that her application was rejected.

She was given the 2nd AOR and was waiting for the medical request but all she had rightnow is a rejection notice.

Just pray that it is just an ordinary e-cas bug that affects your status..

I would suggest to coordinate this matter with your consultant or agency or representative as soon as possible to confirm it..

Hi everyone
I just check my status and it's says decision made, without even recieving 2nd AOR,is this possible or it is a mistake made by London CHC, my points breakdown is.

16 years Master = 22 points
30 years age= 10 points
4 + year experience= 21 points
IELTS 7.5 = 16 points
Spouse has 3 years Bachelor degree= 3 points
As of points break down my total points are 72, so I do not think I am laming of points. But I can not understand my total points are 72 then how can they make a decision even without 2nd AOR, any comments will be welcome.

as long as you haven't received a mail (through postal) from the embassy informing you that they rejected your application, that would be fine..

How long the mail takes to reach us once this kind of status is shown up in the Ecas, like mine. Before the status changed or after the status changed if it is after the status has changed how long it takes to come through. I have not recieved any e-mail or mail at all.

My NOC is 0213, and I live in UK, London CHC recieved my complete application on 22nd September 2010, since that I was waiting for 2nd AOR but today my status is changed to decision made without 2nd AOR, shoul I send them urgent query or wait, because it does not make a sense to me, how the decision can be made without 2nd AOR.

does your job duties match with those under hrsdc website.??? most probably its an error bcz mnay people have reported wrong ecas information...

Majority of the my JOb duties does match the Hrsd Description 80 to 85% of them as I start working as computer PRogrammer, then work as a system ANalyst and after that promoted as a systems Development Manager.

The designated officer who handled her case is not satisfied with her work experience. That her job description did not match with the NOC code written on her application. This is the only reason stated in the letter.

Her E-cas doesn't change until now...Still showing "received by visa office" that's why she was really surprised to read that her applicatio was rejected.

She wrote a letter of appeal to the embassy and mailed it today.

if your job description match with the hrsdc NOC code then you have nothing to worry about... Just continue to pray for a positive assessment of your documents.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on June 29, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision. "

i remember before you said your ecas status changed to in process. did you send an enquiry to visa office??

Hi it means they had enough with both of us, just joking only God knows what is going on unless we recieved some letter or correspondence from them, I hope it is an error as most of the people reply to my post, other people are having the same problem as well, it shows we are not alone.

I had same problem and it was e-cas error. It stayed as "decision made" on e-cas for 4 months. Which proves that system is not very much reliable.

What I did was, I sent inquiry to Visa Office, and they replied me that my application is being reviewed and soon I will receive medicals.

just by saying that your JD match with your NOC code is enough...no need to post the details of it here to maintain the confidentiality of your information..
