Urgent creating EE profile

Hello guys. Just got my IELTs result and want now to create my EE profile using an online TRF number. Is it ok to do so? Also any special tips while creating the EE profile to avoid mistakes and discrepancies? I do have a name discrepancy between my diploma and rest of my official documents so any special tip for name affidavit?
Do we still require job bank registration?

Make sure the date of result on TRF is correct. There have been instances where people wrote the date as the date of online result declaration and when they got the TRF, it was different.
You do not need any affidavit for EE profile creation. It will be required after ITA.
Yes, job bank registration is required as of now.

Thank you for the response but what you mean please about the TRF issue? Is it that I can't use the online TRF to create my profile?

You can use it but once you receive the actual TRF, make sure the date and TRF number is same.
