URGENT: Cover letter format for TRV - Bryanna

Hello Bryanna,

Can you please help me draft a suitable cover letter for TRV application. Also if we are applying on paper, where do supporting documents have to be attached? Should it be at the end of the core application. Also do I need to get all of the documents notarized?

If sending electronically is the requirement any different? Will reference letter from past employers help? I know these are lot of questions but this process is very important and I want to try my best to do every step correctly.

For property valuations, do they need to be dated? Should I also attach actual property documents showing them in applicant's name?

Would letter from bank manager stating that applicant is an old customer with a bank with good credit help the application?

If you're applying as a paper submission then the VFS/CVAC staff will help you with this..... nevertheless, the applicant photos + bar code page + application form come first.... then the Family Information Form.... followed by the host's documents..... then the applicant's Cover Letter (if any).... with explanations/evidence coming in last

Do check if notarization is required by the Islamabad VO

Why must you submit these? Your current employment situation matters + proofs of employment (employment letter/leave approval letter/pay stubs, tax returns, etc)

You must submit documents showing the purchase of the property by the applicant + copies of property tax receipts + current valuation + market realty proofs to back the CA valuation + any other proofs of ownership.

You can check if notarization is required..... else photocopies would suffice

Would letter from bank manager stating that applicant is an old customer with a bank with good credit help the application?

A letter stating date of opening the bank account + whether single/joint account + whether personal/company account + balance.... signed and stamped by the bank.

Also 12 months' bank statements for Pakistan applicants

Thanks a lot, Can you please guide me as to what the contents of the letter should be.

I was thinking
1. Paragraph indicating intention to visit Canada with mother and purpose of visit
2. Brief summary of all supporting documents attached.

What else can be included?

Also if the invitee is a family friend, how can I make the purpose of travel more stronger, do they give more weight if it is given by a relative, should I attach photos with the invitee etc?
