My consultant have threatened that he will withdraw my ITA if I don’t pay him X number of money. I don’t owe him anything as I want to terminate my contract with him with clearly states I don’t have to pay him any money once I get my ITA.

I want to submitted the application by myself.
I have already put in a request to cancel my representative via web form but that will take few days.
Any advice how I can immediately stop him from rejecting my ITA?
I am planning to call IRCC tomorrow.

Is this an ICCRC registered consultant in Canada?

If you have your CIC account and access, you can take back the ITA profile and link to your account. If you haven't have your cic account, you sign-up and create one, then link the ITA profile. Once you could link the profile, the representative have no longer have access.
I hired an immigration consultant and got CoPR with no problem with this consultant, but I get back my application in this way. just in case.
This video might help: -https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-_VZW0S5BEI&t=552s

I also thought it would take a couple of business days to link my application. but when I uploaded the form (Representative cancel) in my cic account, it instantly linked and got my profile in my account.
If it didn't work for you, then maybe you should call IRCC what to do in your case.

Do you have any sort of agreement with the consultant? Any signed papers that specify the amount of money and services. Also if you can prove how much money that you already gave to him maybe through your credit card statements if you do not have the receipt.

Yes I do have the copy of agreement. Also I have the copy of payment receipt.
The only thing is I want to terminate the agreement and get control of my profile which the consultant is refusing to do.
I have already made the payment for him creating the profile. The next payment was due if he would have submitted all the my documents which I don’t want him to do for me.
basically he is forcing me to proceed with him which I don’t want to and also forcing me to make the full payment (the agreement doesn’t says that if I terminate the services I have make any further payment).

Tell him that you know what he's doing is illegal and let him you are going to report him if he doesn't release your profile immediately. Tell him you have kept a record of the contract and all communications between you for evidence. Let him know you have the complaint ready to submit and he needs to release your profile right away or you will take action against him.

Once you have PR, file a complaint against him. People like this need to be reported and shouldn't be allowed to work in the field.

I live in London, Ontario. The firm name is HR immigration which is based in Mississauga, ON.
I’m mentioning it because I don’t anyone else to go through what I have been.
Anyone watching this thread and planning to proceed with this firm kindly don’t even think of it.

Yes @scylla, I am going to take legal action against him once I am going to get control of my profile. I have all the required proof to screw him up.
Also I have submitted a formal request to ircc to transfer the profile to my account in mean while I don’t want him to withdraw my profile.
