Urgent: Confusion in choosing Course........TIGER, MOMI and FRIENDS Please

Hello Tiger and Friends,
This is quite URGENT PLEASE!!!!

Because I want to apply for January session in Centennial College.

I am from Kathmandu, Nepal. I am in a dilema. I was refused for the choice of inappropriate subject i.e. a diploma programme..I have completed the 10+2 in science stream (Biology). I have 82% in SLC and 74% in 10+2 (Secondary Level). I have 7.5 in IELTS, not less than 7 band score in each band.

Recently I got Visa refusal letter from New Delhi Visa Office saying that:

"Your Proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of: your qualifications, previous studies, employment, Level of establishment, other education oppertunities available in India or Canada, language abilities, or your future prospects and plans."

I had applied to study Bio technology technician (Endustrial Microbiology ) 2 Years Course in Centennial College.

Now i am planning to apply again since this was the only reason shown...I have found advanced diploma programme (3 Years, 9 Semester) in Same Microbiology Co-op . Please suggest me, will it work if i choose Microbiology an advanced diploma programme?? Or do I essentially go for the other degree Programme?? There is also the another Advanced Diploma Programme, Food Science Technology (3 Years, 6 Semester) course, which will be the best option ? Please suggest if anybody has any idea....I need your help...

Change your course from Microbiology, Search the forum someone has been in same problem ........

Please suggest me about Food Science technology....Actually i m having trouble with my course since there are no enough choices for January and I am confused for the right one...Should I essentially go with a degree or will it be possile with Advanced diploma(3 years)??
Again, I have already paid a semester's fee in Centennial College and moving to another may lenghten the process....Please suggest me for right decision...

Dear Friends.
Am B.tech in ECE with 67% in 2009 with 2years work experience in relevant field.
I scored 7 bands in ielts with no band less than 6.
I got offer letter from humber college in wireless telecommunication.
As the program is only for 8 months from jan to august,pls tell me about the work permit????
Does the wp increases on doing one more pg program like project mgt after wireless telecom???
Can i change the program from humber college to fleming college in wireless inf.networking pg program for 2 years,pls tell the refund policy and extending visa point of view???
My ed.loan is about to sanction for 11 lacs and medical on next weak.i was about to apply after it but now fully confused,pls sort my problem.
i will be thankful to you.
