Urgent : CHC not responding to withdrwawal request : Seniors plz Help

Hi,

I applied for Study permit in last week of may. I did my medical on 3rd June and sent my passport back on 4th June..From 4th June to September 1 they didn't make any contact with me and university starting date has passed.
Now it's been a week since i lodged an urgent request to withdraw my passport and documents as i need to reach another country.
I've been mentioning the word "URGENT" as subject on all my emails and fax but no response..I fear that i'll loose other opportunity as well..
What do i do know ? Any Suggestion friends ? Should i file a lawsuit now ?

Well classes were on 7th of September..I dont know whats the problem with them that if somebody wants to withdraw y aren't they giving my passport and docs back.

yeah i have talked to some lady on this number. I called at about 4 or 5.
0512279112. you may also try this though it always remains. Maybe they have sent ur passport and docs to canada for processing.
If ur classes started on 7th, can u not wait until end of Sep. Mine also started the same day and i plan to wait.
