Urgent! CES ECA Online Application

Dear forum members:

Just filled out the online application at CES website, submitted and made the payment through CC. There is practically no clear guideline as to what happens next. I am suppost to arrange for the official transcripts to be sent directly from the Higher Education Institute in Pakistan. But how would CES know the transcript is mine when they havnt given me any reference number? Totally Lost! Please help.

With CES, you can send the sealed documents by yourself.

Get sealed attested Documents from HEC
Print out payment receipt
Get your ID copy (Passport)
Send all of them to the stated mailing address.

Once you create an account and pay the fees. WES will issue a WES reference number. Use this reference number while sending your documents.

Nope donot touch HEC sealed envelope. Send as it is. Just print your payment receipt. It has your student number and every detail.

Nope! I meant WES reference number. A unique number generated once you pay the fees. In addition to shipping address write the WES number on the sealed envelope. The process is clearly explained on WES.
