Well, it should suffice, but I have seen more than one applications getting rejected just for lack of urdu nikah nama. So why take that risk when u have it already?

For nikah name- we have to submit original urdu nikah Nama's scanned copy, notarized copy of urdu nikah Nama, translation and affidavit by translator ?
Or just notarised copy of urdu nikah mama, translation and affidavit by translator ?

To save your time, nadra marriage certificate is pretty cool document that has English & urdu versions both..
