Woah. Wait, your lawyer said you were fine because your spousal app was sent in already? Did you present that info to CIC when your husband got detained? Look in the above posts, even if you filed, he can still be removed so if that was the case then it makes sense. But for them to lock him up and then ship him out is a bit harsh.
(I lost my refugee case due to a lawyer that conveniently decided to disappear a week before my trial...)
You know you need to apply for an ARC down the line as well, right?

Follow the other threads about common spousal sponsorship's as well, they can give you a lot of basic insight as well as details to processing times and what else is needed. Have patience! I'm sure it will all be fine soon!!!

Oh honestly you dont know how harsh it was i called and contacted everyone and nothing helped. When they detained him the cbsa pfficer told me that he was gonna release him under a bond in the afternoon and when i went there they said that he lied cause he cant just release detainees. And my husband said when the lawyer was in the hearing with him he didnt try to fight nothing. Yah i allready did the arc the vo received it last month and i sent the rcmp certiicate amd everything so hopefully soon
