1. If you are applying for visa from CHC in Uk then you can't take upfront medical examination.

2. Your spouse should apply for TRV. These are the requirements and forms to be submitted by her for her TRV along with your SP if she is accompanying you.

Inam, thank you for your answers! that is very helpful....

it mentioned on the website...for apply for the TRV he has to submit supporting documents including enough funds and significant ties to your country of residence; We have got his mother's sponsorship letter ready and certificate of owning a land....other documents for proving our relationship.....I don't understand what "significant ties to your country of residence" means and what documents we should prepare for this?????? thank you!!

Home ties are shown through property, business, job, settled family in home country. You have to show your level of establishment in your home country so that VO believes that you will return to your home country.

NO

U cannot and no body will examine you.

U need to wait to listen from Cand. Embassy....

The medical depends on your apllication type. Sometimes it is not necessary to go through full medical.

In my case, Cand. Embassy asked me about my hand physical condition (is there any injury or infection on my hands). I went to private clinic (not designated Medical Hospitals) and got a letetr from the doctor and sent to Cand. Embassy and it accepted this.

So, u need to wait to hear from embassy.....

Best
