My PRTD is also marked FPC, but I was NOT a family class applicant.
Yes, you're right about that. Family class is FC followed by different letter and number depending on the type of family sponsorship (FCC - common law partner, FC1 - spouse, etc.) I did say I might be mistaken, it just looked familiar at first glance.
Apparently FPC means Fees Paid in Canada.

And I also DID NOT pay my fees in Canada. PRTD's are issued overseas, with fees paid in the local currency.

See the word in bold from my comment. Words I used in my comments were: "mistaken" "apparently". I was never absolute and claimed I was right. No need to continue this convo. I get it, you have a visa and they all must be the same, right?

Job Offer........
Pre-Assessed..
my husband is currently overseas with an expired Pr card , had submitted his citizenship application prior to traveling and met his residency obligation , it will take 4 weeks to get a travel document to come to his citizenship interview and therefore he will not make it , can I go legally tor represent him instead of him to his interview with all his original documents , and explain to the officer the situation ? We don’t want to postpone his interview because he has only 75 days left in his residency obligation , is it allowed that I go to his interview instead of him ? If he signs a consent ?
NO and NO. Anyway, if you get your citizenship you can sponsor him any day any time. It is not the end of the world for you guys.
