URGENT: Bridging Open Work Permit

Does anyone know how to apply for BOWP online? I know I have to set up a questionnaire in order to start the case but where is it?? When I GC Key login, there is a 'start an application' button but I don't see one on BOWP. So frustrated...

Thank you for replying. I've tried the link but I keep getting stuck here. just FYI, I'm a full-time graphic/web designer with 2+ years of experience in Canada. Please see this link for reference and let me know if you have any advice.

To be honest, I'm not sure... All I can tell you is that I was an international student for 10+ years, and then graduated from university in 2016. So yes, I'm on a post graduate work permit.. I submitted my Express Entry application last year in April, but I haven't heard back since. Oh and I know I'm NOC B... I don't know which economic stream I am though ...

Yes, I received an ITA and AOR. I submitted online. I have the PDF with me.

I did but I still get this question - 'which situation best describes your work situation?' (same as the first screenshot I attached earlier)
If I choose 'None of the above', it asks if I'm doing LMIA, then I click no, and then what I get is 'you're not eligible to apply for work permit'
So frustrating..
