i have few questions mentioned below. Request you to please share so that i could check accordingly.
> Is this for your Work Permit or Study Permit or PR?
> When did you apply it online and also when did you give your Bio Metrics?
> Which center did they request the passport to be sent?
> Did you get your correspondence letter along with the Passport request? Or did you get the correspondence letter separately after completing your Bio Metrics?

I have given biometrics on July 3rd week and waiting for passport request/correspondence letter etc.

- Canadians trying to return to Canada
- vulnerable people
- people who perform or support essential services such as agriculture, agri-food, health-care-related occupations.
Maybe that's why most of us are not getting any updates from IRCC after biometrics.

it was study permit, I overstayed my status, it's complicated, don't see any chance of approval

Hey ..we got the biometric correspondence letter today ..my timeline ..
Applied from USA
Nationality : Indian
Field: Information Technology
May 15th online submission
July 13th biometric done ( Boston ASC )
August 4th biometric correspondence letter( At 1:41 PM EST : From office of Edmonton CPC, Alberta )
Current status - awaiting passport request
Category - ICT GSS ( specialized occupation)
Not related to covid occupation
VFS New York ( planning to send passport)

Guess your biometrics letter is issued by CPC Edmonton Alberta if I am correct.
Excellent, congratulations. I don't want to bring your spirits down but looks like it is a never-ending wait after the biometric correspondence is received. I applied in March and did biometrics on 15th, recvd correspondence on 22nd and that's it! There hasn't been any progress since then. I am sincerely hoping people start to get requests for passports.
Congrats..What time did you get it today? mine was online mid april. no biometrics correspondence letter yet..
