Can someone help me with details of some good attorney who can help my friend process a LMO and then a closed WP. Please, this is urgent.

Hi, I assume your friend is the one looking for a job? A lawyer can't help him get an LMO - LMOs are issued to employers, not workers. And there's no reason he should need a lawyer to file for a work permit - it's not that complicated a process. Sorry, not trying to be discouraging.

My friend is the employer and he wanted to apply for an LMO. He does not know the process and needed a good attorney to file for an LMO on behalf of his company.

No need for a lawyer or consultant when applying for a LMO. If your friend did the recruitment process properly (ads on the job bank and another website for at least 14 days), and no Canadian citizen or PR applied or qualified, s/he can then sign a contract with the foreign prospective employee. S/he can send the LMO application together with the required documents either by mail or fax (not quite sure if the online app is already working).
