URGENT**Assess my PROFILE for student VISA*** pls help TIGER & ENFIELD***

Dear Sir,
I have completed my B.sc in Physics (full time) in 2003 and have completed MBA in Information Systems from NMIMS (Part Time) from 2008 to 2011 scoring 62.5%. I possess 8 years of work experience and currently working as Associate Vice President in a MNC bank. I have approached Edwise Education consultants and they have suggested that i am not eligible for MBA coz of my low scores in degree & my PT MBA is not counted for and they also insisted that if i apply for PG diploma course my visa would get rejected. They are recommending New York Institute of Technology which is a private college in Vancouver which i am not interested in. Can someone please guide as what should i do in such scenario? Which university can give me admission for MBA or PG diploma? My intention is to get PR....please help. Thank you.

1- IELTS: S- 6, R-6, L- 6.5, W-5.5=6
2- Bachelor of Fashion and Apparel Design- four years(76% in 2012)

4- 10th: 50%(2005)
5- Since July 2012 I have been working in a Garment Export House and handling International accounts(work is of business management category)- total experience= approx 1.2 years.
6- I want to hold a management post in a garment industry(like fashion merchandising management).
7- I have got a conditional offer letter from LAMBTON COLLEGE for international business management
Now, I am afraid of VISA rejection as I am from fashion background and I am choosing pure business background of 2 years course in order to get 3 years of stay back+ it will be helpful for me to get job in management post in a garment industry after completion of this course.
I could attach my last 6 months salary slip along with experience certificate to make it clear that I have been handling international accounts.
As my father is no more and my mother whose annual income is about 3 lacks will sponsor me for studies, my uncle can also take part in that if required, whose annual income is 5.5 lacks, but he will be retired after 2.5 years.
My mother could give 6 lacks for the studies from her saving, rest amount I have to sanction from bank as loan.
We have 7 acres of land as property to show.
Suggest me the tips to get visa out of it.
Kindly suggest me what to do to for more possibility of getting visa.

IN 2009 I WENT TO CYPRUS FOR HOTEL MANAGEMENT BUT CAME BACK AFTER 7 MONTHS BECAUSE EDUCATION LEVEL WAS VERY LOW.
IN 2010 WENT TO AUSTRALIA AND DID:
CERTIFICATE IN BUSINESS MANAGEMENT FROM AUSTRALIA 2011.

As i was having visa(Australia) till dec 2013 but i went to japan(visit) on 12 dec 2012 for 3 months and then came back to pakistan.
NOW WORKING IN CAFE DE GOLF RETURANT AS FRONT OFFC MANAGER.
WANT TO GO FOR hospitality management-hotel and restaurant to canada.
i borrowed money from my uncle 6000000 pkr and transfered in my account. My 2 year living and study expense is 45000 dollars. wat else i attch with my documents.
Any ways What you think chances to get visa?
