Hey,

I am an international student in Winnipeg. I recently graduated from a 28 month diploma from red river college. I started my study in Jan 2016.
Last year in January I was supposed to get enrolled in my 5th semester of the program but I failed couple of courses which were prerequisites to my 5th semester so I could take admission in January. My student permit was expiring in April. And my only option was to take those courses part time in summer and then get enrolled in my 5th semester in Aug as it was the next term available. So I did that and applied for my study permit extension and got approved. After I did the final semester in Aug to December. I did an industry project in January this year 2019 and recently graduated from the program

I have consulted a lot of people about applying for pgwp but they say you will get refused because you were not full time for 8 months (Jan 18 to Aug 18)

I dont want to get my pgwp refused so I'm thinking of extending my study permit with a new program starting in Aug this year and then applying for pgwp after that.

I just want to know which one is better to do in my case.

Hey there , just wanted to ask , when you extended your study permit , how much funds did you show ?
Did you pay your tuition fees already ?
Do bank statements need to be stamped ?
