Can anyone help me.
I have job offer from one company from Canada and also positive LMO. On Tuesday i am going to visa office in Belgrade Serbia(Country where i living). I have wife and baby and i also plan to bring them with me to Canada. However, they will come few months later when i find apartment and other stuff.
CAN ANYONE TELL ME SHOULD I APPLY FOR THEM AT SAME TIME WHEN I APPLY FOR ME OR TO APPLY JUST FOR ME NOW AND TO APPLY FOR THEM LATER WHEN I AM ALREADY IN CANADA
Please be advise that my country is not visa exempt.

thanks in advance

i don't think you can apply just yourself. you have to fill up your spouse and dependant on your application form. if your wife wants to work, she can apply for work permit as well. it has to be done together i assume.

No, it doesn't have to be done together. He can apply himself and list his wife and child as unaccompanying right now. They can apply later if that's what he chooses. Or, they call all apply together but his wife and child wouldn't have to go until he was settled.

it depends if you're applying as a skilled worker or immigrant, you can bring them with you but if you want to make it faster, then it would be under temporary foreign worker and you have to check the validity of your lmo with the processing time of what visa you would be applying for. check it with the canadian visa office near you.

This is confusing. It's obvious the OP is a TFW. And the only one who needs to be concerned with the viability of the LMO is the applicant himself. He must apply for the WP prior to expiry of the LMO. The accompanying family members do not need to concern themselves with this as they will be "attached" to his work permit. He does need to be concerned with the Skill Level of the job. If it is low skilled (C or D) it will be much more difficult for them to accompany him at any time. However, if it is higher skilled (0, A or B) then the wife and child can apply to accompany him with the wife eligible for an open work permit and the child, depending on age, eligible for a study permit.

I have masters completed and applying for job....Now, under which category I need to apply for?? I need work permit so it is categorizeda s skilled worker, temperory foreign worker??
