HI,
I NEED TO KNOW THAT IS TRANSCRIPT MEANS MARKSHEETS?AS I WILL SEND MY NOTORIZED DEGREES WITH NOTARIZED MARKSHEETS,SO IS IT ENOUGH WITH OTHER DOCUMENTS.OR WHAT SHOULD I GO FOR?AS GETTING TRANSCRIPTS IN SEALED ENVELOPE IS DIFFICULT FOR ME?SO WHAT IS AN EXPERT ADVISE?

It depends on your visa office. Strictly send as per your visa office requirements.

A transcript is an official copy (in a sealed envelope) of a student's academic record. It records all courses completed (marks lists), provisional, consolidate, and final degree.
 
Requirement is transcripts.

You may try with the notarized copies of marksheet but it depend on VO if he is satisfied or not if not he may still ask for transcripts delaying your case
 
if your degree is proffesional degreei.e B.E,CA,LAW etc then chc will accept notorized copy which is clearly written in the checklist..
If your degree is B.COM,BA etc then chc prefer Transcript but again it depend upon Visa officer as suggested by other member.
