I applied for my Visa in UAE, got it approved today but unfortunately currently I am in Qatar on official trip. Is it possible to submit the passport in different country for visa stamping since I am not in UAE. Did anyone faced this kind of situation?

Yes you can. But you should consider how long you will be in Qatar and how long they will take to return your passport.

I will be in Qatar for next 3 weeks minimum whereas VFS takes only about a week for visa stamping. In the Visa application form I have mentioned passport submission location for temporary visa as Abu Dhabi that will not create an issue?

You should also send a Case Specific Enquiry to the visa office in UAE requesting to submit your passports in Qatar. And send an email on the same to Qatar visa office. There were people with the same issue, trying to find the thread
