Urgent Advise for PR in Canada

Hello Everyone
I need advise from all people
I am a 3d animator by profession
I got regected my student visa (SPP)as a applied in animation course in seneca University but due to non-relative course to my previous studies.
nw i dnt want to study there. i Want to work there
I want to move to canada as a Permanent resident..
Can you tell me some ways to reach there..as a Permanent resident..?
I knw English Very Well..and i am trying my Hands to French.
is their any faculty in which i can apply for PR.
I Just got to Know about Quebac PR..? does it really work..? First u have to stay in State then PR For All Country.

Go to the CIC website and research the different types of immigration, FSW, TFW and PNP. Check regularly on Job Bank for positions in your field. It is such a specialized profession you won't find a lot of positions, but it may also be in your favour that the employers could have difficulty finding someone already in Canada to do the job which would assist the employer in getting the required LMO to hire a foreign worker.
