Hi Friends,
Need your suggestions to my situation, which is causing me stress, quite a bit. I received ITA in Dec 2016.
I worked with company A from June 2006 through Aug 2012, and then moved to US for my Masters on Sabbatical. Technically, I was still on payroll of company A. I joined company B in June 2014, after completing my Masters (Aug 2012 - May 2014) and resigning company A in May 2014. Have been with company B since 2014 June.
I have claimed points for Masters in USA. Employment reference letter from company A is for the entire duration June 2006-May 2014, causing overlap between my education and employment.
I am confused between below two probable options -
1. Shall I change my profile before submitting my application. It has no impact on my score, as I have more than three years experience in last ten years, anyways.
2. Submit the application as is, and explain through LoE about overlap, as it is a genuine occurrence, and has no bearing on my CRS score.
Is there any other way out.
Please help me seniors. Appreciate your input.
Thanks.
D
