Urgent advice------------- Medical with application or after-------- seniors???

I am going to sponsor my wife soon.

I was wondering why they ask for medical again? Is it ok if I dont get my wife to do medical now and do it later when they ask for it?

I read some post in which people sent medical and they were asked to do it again before they grant visa.

Any suggestion will be appreciated

If you are applying outland, you need to do the medicals in advance. Outland applications are sometimes returned as incomplete without medicals.

People who submit new medicals are people who have medicals expired (12 months) and didn't get the extension for it.
Send upfront and speed up your process.

You are right but if u dont care about atleast 200 dollar then i thing you should send medical with your application.
If your file is 100% ready then it will be good for fast process.

Thanks everybody. Seems like it should be done with application. BTW amjad1002 its not $200.Its only 5000 PKR which is $600.

Medical cost in Islamabad is 6725. Which is about 81 dollars

Yea and I requested her medical on Jan 18, 2015. They booked her on Jan 20, 2015. It was fast

Good here in Korea almost 200 Dollars and u can get oppentment on same day.

If you want the application to be processed ASAP I would submit the medical upfront and not wait until cic tells you to provide the medical.

I'll gladly take 200$ , $400 I'm the U.S plus a 37$ X-ray fee
